How do I cancel my subscription? +

Subscriptions for our apps are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find the app, and tap Cancel Subscription. If you can't find it, send us a message with your purchase email and we'll help.

How do I request a refund? +

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request the refund there. If Apple denies it and you believe the case warrants a second look, drop us a message and we'll do our best to help.

How long until I get a reply? +

Most messages get a reply within 1–2 business days. We're a small team and we read every message ourselves.

What info should I include in a bug report? +

Whatever you can: device model, iOS version, what you tapped, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots and short screen recordings help us a lot.
